        Look for Gabriel Garcia, Member Service Representative II, when you need a professional banking experience at Rally Credit Union/Kostoryz Rd. The situation was a bit perplexing, but not for Gabriel. He was kind, professional, and sought-out solutions for the many questions at hand. The personal attention and understanding were of value and he never gave up until all my questions were clearly answered and explained. It is not too hard to describe as he went over and beyond with his dedication and problem solving skills to arrive at the solution that was needed both for the customer as well as the banking institute. His ability to relate to the customer is a key difference for retaining and attracting customers. He has made a friend for life.
