This is Kathryn. I was at the dentist office on 624 today. I had broken two teeth by chewing ice. Lesson learned. The staff and dentist were professional , kind, caring and very attentive.

Worse place I have ever been to. Made an apt for some dental work and a 2nd for check up and cleaning. Verified what each was for. Went in and the dentist that needed to do the work wasn't even in. Wasted time! Will not go back!

They quoted an $850 end of the year special for deep cleaning, 2 months later they sent an invoice for the full amount another $300. No one will answer phone when I call billing to clear it up. I will be sure to pass along to everyone I know about the poor service and dishonesty from this place.

If I could I would give zero stars. This place is horrendous. The staff are kind of clueless. I went and got my wisdom teeth removed. I originally went in to remove one and they quoted for 3. The dentist was far from gentle. He stabbed my mouth with needles to numb the area I felt like he was stabbing me with a knife trying to kill me. He then broke my wisdom teeth in half and yanked them out. I have never in all of the dentists I've seen, never teared up until I went here. I ended up with a dry socket and the medication they prescribed didn't do anything for the pain. Then they tried to prescribe me something else but everything was messing up. The pharmacy has called numerous times telling me they have tried to contact my dental office but because they deal with a third party call center from India no one gets back to the pharmacy or really anyone who calls. Needless to say I felt like I had been in a UFC fight and my jaw was the target. When I went in for the dry socket pain the dentist did take care of it and I was no longer in pain, unfortunately what she put in the hole fell out in my sleep so again I was suffering through pain. For 2 weeks I was in severe pain. Finally I had brushed my teeth regularly since I wasn't feeling much pain anymore. When I felt my teeth my whole left side was in pain. I tried to eat solids for the first time and I was still in excruciating pain. During my wisdom tooth extraction my crown came off. When they rushed to put it back on because they wanted to hurry back to Houston, they asked if it felt okay and I did say no. They ignored it and said it was good. Finally went to see my regular dentist and explained everything, he was informative and helped me fix my teeth. When I originally thought my tooth was broken because of my wisdom tooth extraction it was cement all on my teeth. Luckily my dentist filed down my crown they had put in backwards because my bite was completely off and was in pain. He drilled off the excess cement and I am feeling much better and NOT in pain. I never want to come to this place again. It was like living your worst nightmare of dental work being done. All the scary videos and cartoons depicting dental work, this would be it. This visit was horrendous. If you HAVE to go here, and I mean last resort emergency needed, only take care of the one you want to. If I could go back I'd say "if it isn't broke, don't fix it." Should have avoided the wisdom tooth extractions and stuck with just the one that was bothersome. Do Not Go Here... I repeat DO NOT GO HERE. This is hell on earth.
