All the staff were great! Very friendly, and professional. Wait time was excellent. Dr. Nabavi was attentive and listened to my concerns Everybody seemed calm, and to be enjoying their work, and working as a team. Great job yall! I definitely recommend this office to all my family and friends!

Dr. Nabavi and her friendly staff were warm and made me feel comfortable. I felt no pain which is always a big plus and she explained her every move which puts you at ease. I felt that I was receiving the best care possible. My experience was positive and highly recommend Dr Nabavi for dentistry.

Can i just say AMAZING!! Wonderful staff and they make you feel so safe and that it will be fine. They take such good care of you even as first timers!!! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS AMAZING DENTISTRY Just wanted to add again how much i love and appreciate this dentistry!!! They saved my teeth, my smile!!!!!!! They are extremely understanding and caring and make sure you feel ok and safe!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!! I WILL BE RETURNING IN THE FUTURE

Ethical Concerns and Substandard Care at Dorsa Family Dentistry. PROCEED WITH CAUTION! Dorsa Family Dentistry demonstrates no regard or respect for the elderly community which make up a huge population of people who need immediate dental care. My grandmother was a patient there and entrusted them with her dental care. The issues began with an ill-fitting partial, which was never adjusted, instead another procedure was recommended which included a huge out of pocket expense. Being that my grandmother is on Medicare, Dorsa Family Dentistry had no issue connecting my grandmother to a loan company to pay for the procedure. Following a recommended root canal, my grandmother's tooth developed complications, turning black. Despite her concerns raised in subsequent visits, Dorsa Family Dentistry brushed off the issue and suggested another root canal, perpetuating a cycle of concern. Adding to the frustration, its now 2024, and her procedures from 2023 have yet to be refunded to her Medicare insurance. This delay is particularly impactful as the beginning of the year marks a reset of benefits, rendering her previous claims a wasted opportunity and, essentially, a misuse of taxpayer money. This pattern not only deepens the financial strain but also underscores a lack of empathy for a vulnerable patient of the elderly community. Distressed by these events, we have sought legal assistance and are filing a complaint with the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners. Prospective patients should exercise caution, especially if you are of the elderly community, considering the evident lack of competence and compassion displayed by Dorsa Family Dentistry in fulfilling their responsibilities to those in their care.
