I am so ever grateful for ALL staff @Conviva Care Center. They sure do deliver the CARE in their name. I personally have had some personal melt downs due to my nervous breakdown, and being a difficult patient in full blown menopause. The Management is absolutely remarkable. The Doctors, and staff have been so patient with me, and very caring. I am blessed to have Convivial Care Center as my family practitioners. My grandmother is a patient of Conviva on port and my mother and I called several times to try to get her an appointment due to her having altered mental status/possible stroke. She was unable to call herself due to the mental issue she was having and because of some paper work they didn’t have they were unable to even help us help her or even set an appointment. They are real high on “trying to do everything for the patient before the patient goes to the hospital” I can say they did absolutely nothing for my grandmother. My poor grandmother was not ok and they had no one in charge for me to talk to. No one called back to help us get her help. My mother ended up taking her to the emergency room and that is when Patricia with Conviva called my mother and asked if we took my grandmother to the er. I feel this is patient neglect all because I was a former employee and for this huge company to put my grandmothers health and life at risk because the employees and management they have working for them have a grudge against me. Or that’s what it seems like. I don’t know why a huge company would allow all this to take place when the patient was not even me, it was my grandmother an 84 year old woman who had no fault in anything.
