Surepoint Emergency Center - Padre Island

We had a scary morning when our little had a hypoglycemic episode. This has occurred before and weve been to other ERs. With that being said, weve experienced doctors and nurses downplaying the event. BUT NOT HERE! Dr. Kim Onufrak was compassionate and knowledgeable, she even taught our dude the stingray shuffle! The nurses, office staff; and lab personnel were great, too! We left feeling confident that we brought our fella to the right place. The nurse even recommended asking our PCP about other interventions to prevent subsequent episodes. Thanks again! 10/10 recommend SurePoint ER here on the ISLAND!

By far the best urgent care I've ever been to. Came for vacation and my daughter got stung by a jellyfish and unfortunately we did not know what to do. Took her here and from the moment we walked in they were on top of everything. I don't think we were in the lobby for even a minute before they called us back. They treated my daughter right away. Everyone was super super friendly and very attentive. All these other piss poor facilities need to come visit this place and take notes. This is how every urgent care should be!

Very nice and friendly staff. Rapid service. From the moment you walk in you can feel that they are there to help you and make you feel all better. Not from here I was visiting the island and got sick. I recommend this place.
