        Polite and experienced staff in office when i went in to set up my accout. The delivery drivers communicated with me over the phone when and where my lift will be delivered per my instruction as we were working on a customer's site (Pepsi). The lift was clean, no leaks and working properly.

        The process was easy overall. I did have to call to follow up as I did not get a confirmation email, but that was due to the location I had selected versus the a location that had the equipment available. They got me to the right location in town and it was setup accordingly.
