Russell Manning is amazingly resourceful and was able to take complex client issues and make them simple to understand. I would consider him a leading expert in the legal field in the Corpus Christi, TX (Coastal Bend area) especially in the arena of Estate planning, probate, and Trust matters. Expensive but knowledgeable. Didn't quite seem like he wanted my complicated case.
