I have been coming to this place for almost 5 years. I went today to get my glasses fixed, it was only the frame I accidentally sat on them because I didnt have them on and obviously couldnt see. I went in to go see if they can fix the frame which with my daughter at another place they have done it with no problem. It was only one side and it needed to be tightened a bit. The girl that did it came back to give me my glasses gave me an ugly look and said Try to be carful next time ok like I was a child it was an accident mind you I have had this glasses for 5 years and never had done this before. So ugly and disrespectful felt like a kid getting in trouble.

The last time I had gone to see Dr. Nahn and her staff was back in 2018 when I had insurance, over these past few years I have not been able to get ahold of insurance again and I finally was able to go back this year. 1st time I visited back then it was a very pleasant experience doctor Nahn is a delight, a very well knowledgeable person, and make me feel very welcome. Coming back again more than 5 years later later she still is a delightful person and her staff is friendly as ever. Very nice environment, very clean. And her staff was very patient and helpful with what I wanted in a pair of glasses. Would recommend them to anyone I know looking for a eye care specialist.

Walked in to a friendly greet. Goes down hill from there. Was looking for safety frames was told rather rudely by the woman with long highlighted hair and tortoise frames it would be a 30 minute wait. Didnt offer to allow me to look around but said to take a seat in a chair by the door. About 5 minutes later someone came and asked if I was looking for frames the same woman behind the desk told her I told him it was a 30 minute wait the one who wanted to help shrugged and went to go sit and be on her computer. Till the 30 minutes was up. First time here but certainly the last. Id rather use my insurance out of network at LensCrafters than have to deal with the unprofessional staff and high prices!!!
