This is the worst ever experience - 2 months now there is no doctor who can perform follow up eye exam for my son - thats the follow up pending since earlier doctor who suddenly stop coming without any prior intimations to his patients- now we are in the middle of no where - staff are super arrogant and its so unfortunate to see the height of unprofessionalism and inhuman behaviors.

I made an appointment in July to get new lenses since I had moved and needed new glasses and contacts. I let them know that I cannot wear astigmatism contact lenses because they are too thick in my eyes and fold out of my eyeballs making them dry out. I made my way over and opened 1 pair to show them this past week, they took the pack and told me they were going to give me the Acuvue Oasis no astigmatism lenses that I asked for. After getting spam calls and texts from this company that they were in I finally had the time to make my way over there. Since I was in a hurry I just took the bag and left. I JUST looked in the bag and they are still the astigmatism lenses with UV blocking. This now makes my 3rd attempt at getting the proper contact lenses. After being lied to and still being sent the astigmatism lenses, I don't even want them anymore. I paid over $400 for these and they can't make accommodations or meet requests. I'm beyond furious.

Yall, it really hurts to have to give this poorly of a review. I moved to the area in 2022 and up in the DFW area we used Americas Best for many years for our eye needs and loved them. We naturally assumed the Corpus Christi location would be our natural choice. We have attempted to set numerous appointments and every single one have been cancelled due to an emergency Every.Single.One. I had appointments set for this coming weekend and just received the text telling me it is cancelled you got it due to an emergency. Called to see what the next available time would be March 1. Sorry. Im done. Im over it. Worst service ever. Sad, because the locations in north Texas rocked.

The doctor didnt listen to my concerns. He proceeded to tell me that I am imaging my concerns because I perceived my vision to be good before when it wasnt and he thought it was psychological. My fault, I though I was seeing an optometrist not a psychiatrist. His bedside manner is crude to say the least.
