I came to the gym almost a year ago and I can proudly say that I loved every minute if it. I have done each class and learned a lot from each coach. Whether it was from kickboxing to jiu jitsu (gi and no gi) or cardio kickboxing, the coaches were there to help if I didnt know certain things. Not only that, the members in the gym were (still are) very welcoming to new people and there to help out in anyway possible. I knew when I came to this gym, this was the place to be. I even got my mother, my brother and kids to join and they all seem to have the same great experience as I did. I recommend this gym to everyone who wants train in mma, kickboxing, jiu-jitsu or even to get in shape. Hope this review helped and cant wait to see new faces there! Lets go!

One of the best places to learn kickboxing, mma, bjj, and more. Great for if you are trying to look into competing or just wanting to get into better shape. I highly recommend giving the place a try.
