        Asked the lady to cut my ends about one inch and ended up with short hair above my long hair I dont understand why its so hard to listen to what the customer wants there is a way to cut long layers but she just cut way too much she told me to style my curls with some cream after I had told her several times I dont use my hair curly, I blow dry or straighten ended up crying like a little girl outside of this place because of their lack of care. My long wavy hair just looks chopped in the wrong places now and it will just take so much longer to style everyday.
