        Homeless people sleep out there. I ride out there everytime I visit corpus and everytime there is drug use in the open and trash and clothes tossed around towards the end of the trail. Beautiful place but beware the homeless people

        nice park with well maintained trails. you can walk along the waters, but no anglers/fishing allowed. many connecting point-to-point trails; i make a 5.5 to 6 miles loop each visit. Parking: 10 cars parking lot, but plenty of parking on the shoulder of the road. Restrooms: restrooms are available at the Learning Center. Dog-friendliness: must be on leash.

        Great trail to explore with many points of interest. Walking and biking trails available. Children's playground. Always be aware of your surroundings.
