Holiday Inn Express & Suites Corpus Christi (North), an IHG Hotel

Very bad experience...there is no person who is responsible...for anything, I rented 2 rooms from the day we arrived they were told that there was a cockroach in the room, of the 3 days we stayed not even one day They did cleaning, they didn't take out the trash, the carpet was super dirty, the pillows smelled ugly as if they were dirty, in the room they leave you a coffee maker, what good is it if they don't give you water either, I have stayed in that line of hotels in several places and they didn't That had happened to me...the breakfast was not recommended at all...they didn't change anything...the air made a fairly loud noise, it has a lot of lack of maintenance, the elevator was super dirty,...a year ago it was the same there in the same hotel and the service was different....from today....we would not stay there again

This has to be the worst IHG location I have ever stayed in and I travel a LOT for business. 2 days out of the 4 day stay, there was no hot breakfast available 10 minutes after the breakfast bar opening and was told there would not be any hot breakfast offered that day. Apart from the homeless person that would enter the hotel lobby at random times, this morning there was a person asleep on the couch in the lobby that was not a hotel guest. I will not be staying at this hotel again and this experience seriously makes me question the IHG brand for allowing this to happen. Safety: There is a large homeless population in this area. Beware of your surroundings.
