Rooms: Tuve la mala experiencia de que no me limpiaron la habitacin y al solicitar el servicio la persona en mostrador fue muy descorts no me soluciono el problema la gerente en turno solo pudo darnos un cambio de toallas secas y sacar la bolsa de basura . Muy mal servicio Safety: Muy buena seguridad Walkability: Estn los restaurantes muy cercas puedes ir caminando .

First of all I would like to say that all the people in the hotel were friendly. That was the best. But the house or our room was very, very worn. When we entered the room it smelled really, really musty. There was also a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom. In connection with the very worn condition, the price-performance ratio was simply not right at all. Unfortunately, I have never been to a Hilton Hotel as bad as this one. I further asked the reception about the laundry service. I was told that I could wash myself or call a dry cleaner. I was also given a phone number. The next day I found a laundry bag and a price list in the closet. Now what was true? Somehow I expected more from a Hilton hotel. Either laundry in the hotel or if I don't want to wash myself, at least they would have organized it for me. Then continue with breakfast. It wasn't absolutely bad but there were no freshly baked waffles. Actually standard in the USA and much cheaper houses. Here too the absolute minimum was present but that was it. Again, based on the name and the price, I would have expected much more. Of course you have to take care of your luggage yourself and no help will be given. The employee at the bar/breakfast walked around with leggings and a cell phone and had Airpods or something similar in her ear. Of course, not bad here either. But it just doesn't make a good professional impression. As I said, she was nice too and I don't mean it in a bad way. Then employees used the area for meetings or something similar while we were having breakfast. Not bad either, but it fits into the picture. While we were eating, a lady sprayed disinfectant or something similar near us. That was unpleasant. We paid $351.97 for 2 nights. First night cost 140.48, second night 211.31. Rooms: Musty and very poor condition Safety: In other reviews you could read that vehicles were broken into in the parking lot. Luckily I can't say anything about it myself. Nothing happened to us.
