I completely understand that they are remodeling rooms. What I do not understand was why my room was full of dust. There was a hand soap wrapper and the soap used by one of the workers near the basin. The floors were filty dirty from the traffic of the workers using the bathroom. My television didn't work. There was no wi-fi, no coffee. I left the night before check out (the next day) because I really didn't want to stay another night. (It was that bad.) The one good thing was that I was able to bring my dogs.

The staff was polite and tried to resolve issues as they arose, that is the single positive thing I have to say. Our first room wasnt a train wreck, the TV had giant streaks across the screen and the volume didnt work. I was there for work and aside from my work hours Id be spending the remainder of my time there, I went and requested a different room with a working tv. My second room was not yet visited by house keeping and was in no way ready for a new guest as the linens hadnt been changed and were freshly used from the previous guest, so I went back and for the second time requested a new room. I left with the new keys and went to the gym, when I arrived back and checked into my THIRD room, I found that there was actually no TV at all in this room and the fruit flys were very present. For over $100 a night I would have rather slept in the car, did not expect this from a La Quinta

I cancelled reservations I had on the same day. I drove around the hotel and expected to see the pool. Unfortunately the pool is not outside. I went all around the facility. Not unless the pool was inside. I unfortunately my kids and I did not see a pool. I give the place 3 star.
