Dont even want to give a star but have to. Absolutely disgusting have stayed in so cheep hotels and nothing has ever been as bad as this place . We did get a refund there was no way I would even sit on the furniture. Roaches, bed bugs, someone elses hair clip was even in the bed when we pulled the sheets back to look. Do not book so nasty. Cant believe they are even allowed to be a choice brand hotel. We have been diamond members for years and always stay at choice brand hotels but this clearly was a mistake. Sad thing is from looking at other reviews (which I should have done prior) this hotel has been bad for a long time. This is going to seem unreal but its true and i must warn others. I have receipts attached. This was the worst experience with a hotel stay that we have ever had. Dead roaches, unsealed windows, holes in walls (literally), towel shortage, internet and tv went out first night, last two nights it (internet and cable)was shaky but never went out,carpet has not been cleaned in who knows how long, bed linen WORN OUT, mattress WORN OUT, pillows WORN OUT, furniture in room WORN OUT, the elevator floor was literally coming apart. The pool was descent but the aesthetics were horrible. We made it as comfortable as we could after buying cleaning products and air freshners. It was a great location as far as restraunts and stores. We just arrived to our destination and this was the very first hotel we picked. When we first walked in there was a funky smell. Also the carpets were disturbingly stained. Some of the stains looked like bodily fluids. Also nobody was at the front desk we had to ring a bell that looked janky. When we collected our things and headed in we got to the elevator and the floor was atrociously broken. When we got to our room the bed sheets were covered in someones hair from the last guest. Also there was some suspicious stains on the mattress. You would think that was already enough disgustingness going on. Just wait till you get to the bathroom. The shower was horrendous it had hair and some stains. There was also stains on the shower curtain it looked like some urinated on the shower curtain. Then of course the water pressure felt like a broken water hose raining on you. It took me about 10 minutes to get my shampoo out of my hair. We will not be staying here again.

I love that it is close to the shopping plaza. Especially because it's directly behind my favorite place to go to, Barnes and Noble. Food places are just a walk away, but from 1st phone call to see if early check-in available to moment of checking out ask was worse experience for me. My room was stenched of beer and cigarettes. Wet carpet, blood stain bed sheet, and no toilet paper. No acknowledgment nor greetings from the front desk as you walk in or out. Overall, it was a bad experience. Wish there was a negative star rating. Nevertheless, I was told that if I was looking for compensation, only the manager would approve that. Which, by the way, I wasn't. We just wanted them to be aware of circumstances, which in return, the response was that the building is old and is in remodeling process.
