Make sure you get a quote in writing or sign a contract before you allow Rena and her crew into your home. We made the mistake of having a verbal agreement and in the end she changed the prices and we paid her in full to get rid of her. We told her to never come back. Again, be careful, do not trust her, Rena is not a woman of her word. I hope this helps you guys.

I called Above and Beyond last minute when my mom was in the hospital, I wanted to get her house cleaned before she arrived home. Renee worked with me (as I dont live in town) to get a much needed deep clean of my parents house. They were on time, communicated well and most importantly did a fantastic job on a very dirty house and even sent me pics afterwards. It was such a blessing to my mom!
