He was thorough with explaining what was happening with our unit and provided beneficial information, follow-up pictures and documented his findings along the way. For those who havent done so already, drop your frustrating and impossible to work with home warranty companies and use LTJ for your A\C repairs and yearly maintenance. Loreto is prompt to make sure my house gets checked and services throughout the year and is always available if something is needed to be repaired. Highly recommend LTJ services. Patrick was very nice & explained everything that he did & what was going on with our unit. He did a great job & when I went to put my dumpsters back n front of my fence & put the my steak thing back on the hole of the latch. He already put everything back the way it was.
