Terrible customer service. After 2 months of payments they canceled my fiancs policy (via email) because they claimed to have sent mail we never received. The mail stated we had 60 days to call and approve the address which we had already done when we originally signed. We called 4 days after cancelation to reinstate the policy and the lady was so rude. When asked to speak with someone higher, she kept saying no one is going to help and "your just the girlfriend, I mean fianc" while my fianc and I were both on the phone discussing the issue (I was advocating for him and she told me to be quiet). She said NO ONE you speak to is going to reinstate it because "legally we sent you mail and the postal system is out of our hand. To which I responded, legally our documents from enrollment don't say any of this, and the postal service is out of our hands as well because we don't work for them. We JUST got the "cancellation letter" in the mail today (never received the original letter to call before 60 days) and it literally says we can call to reinstate the policy. Stupid people who hate their jobs. Overpriced insurance with terrible service. Please, take your business elsewhere. We switched to Freeway Insurance and it is WAY cheaper and they are so sweet. An established agency that's been around for years.

Jerrone with progressive is wildly unprofessional and even hung up on me only to call a little later to literally argue some more! I have had it with progressive!!!
