I went in yesterday at appx 2 pm and was immediately greeted by Ashly Rodriguez, mobile expert. I was having trouble setting up my new iPhone on my own. Ashly was warm and kind but most of all knowledgeable and accurate. She really made a stressful situation comforting and she was good communicator. T Mobile is lucky to have her!

The associate was not very helpful was on her phone. This was the first time we've had bad service. Ishe acted like my aunt issue wasn't important I hope the service people change their attitude towards their customers

This location employs a female named Casi who is unprofessional, uncaring, uncivilized, and lacks the necessary training to fulfill the position in which she is employed for. There is no friendly environment or welcoming in that store when she is in attendance. If you're coming in to resolve an issue with your equipment you're treated as an enemy, even though you're paying for a service! You're then told to take your business to another carrier as a solution to your problems with their service or lack of service. When you ask them to figure out a solution, you are then ordered to leave the store. Now, I'm not sure where this kind of behavior is allowed but it is appalling in any business setting. To think that you can act as if you're out on the street instead of representating a company name is unacceptable behavior by any employee of any organization. Then to not stop there and bully other employees who are trying to help the situation by ordering them to the back of the store because your ego said so! Casi is exactly what the company does NOT need! She is everything you do NOT want in a business setting. She not only ripped my screen protector off my phone without my consent, my bank card was charged for the equipment swap I never received, and she cancelled my order due to her ego! Casi seems to believe she is above T-Mobile and their loyalty to their customers. Casi needs to be removed from her position and go to those other carriers she so desperately is advocating for.
