        Definitely not good customer service!! Thought I was doing skip a pay and ended up paying 2 years more on my loan! Loan is paid off and still can't get my title back for at least 2 months! Never again!!

        Never have I ever known that they have to run your credit anytime an offer of renewal is sent. Thats just a waste of time for the customer. Cant wait to close this out! Wanting my car a collateral.
