        My mother tried to gift me a credit for a massage. Unfortunately I was not feeling well the day of and we called to see if my husband could go in my place. The customer service we received was not helpful and basically said we would have to pay in full if we did that. And we would lose our credit. Long story short, we were disappointed with the unwillingness to work with us. I understand policies are in place for a reason, but circumstances arise and a good business should be willing to help and accommodate their patrons. We will be cancelling my mothers membership and looking elsewhere.
