Tracey helped us find our new home in Corpus. We were located in Washington state and had visited Corpus before meeting Tracey. She met us over Memorial Day weekend and went out of her way to show us many homes on the holiday weekend. One of the homes she showed us turned out to be our new home. We had many questions and concerns buying a house while living across the country. Tracey was very responsive and knowledgeable. Came to Corpus to for 5 days to buy a house before moving from VA. Tracey made some solid suggestions on areas and homes prior to arriving. We found the perfect home in 3 days and had an accepted contract in 10 days. Tracey was very professional and responsive during the contract negotiations, and especially helpful throughout the closing process.
