Jackie is one or the good ones. She is nice, helpful, knowledgeable, experienced, easy going, and just Good People. We took our time finding a home and Jackie was sportive and patient the entire time. Her services really shined during the buying process. We have, would, and will recommend her to our friends.

Our experience with Jaci was quite interesting to say the least. We had contacted another agent from Zillow at first, but they were not proactive in helping us or informative about the market or homes. My family and I were stationed in Guam and sent an email to Jaci (apparently at 3:45 am) informing her that we had found a home we liked and wanted her to submit an offer. She contacted me the next day and wasn't sure if I was serious or someone joking around. Once she knew we were legit, she explained to us that she would be happy to submit an offer for us but was not comfortable doing so without going to the home and getting video for us to review as well as pulling up other similar homes in various locations to ensure we were aware of our options and made the best decision for our family. We are SO glad that we chose Jaci because she really hustled for us- going to many homes and sending us several videos of each one. She even took videos of what it was like to drive around in the neighborhoods and explained to us the pros and cons to each. We ended up buying a WAY better home in a location we like much better than the one we had contacted her about. She could have made an easy sale but instead chose to make sure she got to know us and what would be best for us. Now we can enjoy our awesome home, with our children and new puppy. I definitely would recommend her to anyone local AND DEFINITELY to anyone from out of town, out of state, etc. She knows her stuff! She negotiated not only with strength but with kindness and respect. If you have any doubt about who to use as your realtor, you don't need to any more.

This was our second time working with Jaci. She was our buyer's agent 3 years ago and did a great job serving us so we thought we should give her a chance at selling our home. As always, Jaci was very knowledgable of the market and truthful about what to expect when it came to selling property: from the value, potential offers to expect, pros and cons regarding our home, how to negotiate, what to do when issues arise, etc. The process was more stressful than when we bought our home, so we were glad to have Jaci be the one to go through it with because she always encouraged us along the way and listened to our frustrations. Lastly, since we were living in Corpus Christi at the time, she basically took care of everything from coordinating repairs to packing up and sending our Dish network boxes back as well as dropping off our Wifi box. We know that if we buy again in Corpus Jaci will be our agent AND we will certainly refer her to friends or family planning to buy or sell there.

Jaci went above and beyond helping us find the perfect place to live in Corpus. We are from KS escaping the winters and Corpus was all new to us. We leased for a year to know for sure what area of Corpus we wanted to live in. She was very patient and took a lot of time and effort helping us find that perfect house. She even helped getting us in contact with a handyman to help with things at the new house and a housekeeper to clean the house before we move in! She will give you recommendations on who to call for anything you may need to help the process go smooth. She even has a husband who owns an electric brokerage service and was able to get us a really good rate on electricity!! We are in awe and very thankful that we found her as our realtor! We will highly recommend her for your realtor needs and idk when she sleeps!
