AutoNation Honda South Corpus Christi Service Center

I took my 2020 CRV in for an oil change last week, I checked my oil life today and it was still showing 30% (the same reading it was, when I took it in) I wasn't happy they didn't reset, it made me question if the oil was even changed:/

The maintenance person was awesome. He took possession of the vehicle got everything done quickly, and then he came out to explain everything and show me the documentation behind it. We had a conversation about other things then he walked me to the counter where I ended up buying a part for my car. I left fielding content.

Prices were drastically changed and customer service is awful starting with manager Bob. Then cashier who was there was also trying to over charge after Bob told her to charge us less. Watch out for these business Service: Oil change

I took took my car for a oil change; it took them 3 HOURS TO CHANGE MY OIL I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEM& VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE PRICE THAT I'd PAID!!!!!!!!!!!

Quoted me 5 grand for a new engine. Needed to resurface head gasket. Got it done for less than a grand. All AutoNation that I have been to are all about the money. I have bought 3 cars from them. I will not be going back.
