Carolyn is a gem! She is very familiar with the San Antonio, Corpus Christi and Coastal Bend area. We moved from out of town and were not extremely familiar area. We knew we wanted to be on the coast, but we werent exactly sure where. Carolyn was so patient as we explored different areas. She learned our style and stayed within our set budget. Then, when it was time to close, our lender almost didnt make the deadline but Carolyn stayed on top of them and made sure things stayed on track because we had movers in place for that set date. I would recommend her ten times to anyone that needs a realtor. She is the realtor you want on your team!

Carolyn was great to work with! She helped my husband and I purchase our first home and made everything so simple and easy for us. She made sure we were asking all the right questions when it came to purchasing the home and working with our lender. We will definitely use her for all our real estate needs in the future!
