I wish I could give 10 stars! Cathy Geary is simply the best real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with, bar none. Here is my story. I was driving around on a Sunday looking at houses with my son. We thought we would be looking for weeks, if not months. Instead, we found the perfect house on the 1st day! Cathy had done a terrific job for me on a previous house sale, so of course I texted her. I told her to call me on Monday since I didn't want to disturb her weekend. But she called me back immediately, and I told her about the house we liked. She jumped right on it and found out that the seller was expecting another offer that evening. Cathy helped me get our bid in, and the Seller accepted. We would have lost the house without Cathy's incredible diligence. There were multiple instances where the seller's realtor did not do her job, and Cathy was there every step of the way making sure everything got done properly. Cathy's knowledge and guidance throughout the entire process was invaluable. She was truly a champion for us. Now my son is the proud owner of his first home. I can't thank Cathy enough for all she has done for my family.

Above and Beyond! I wish I could give Cathy 10 stars. Her knowledge of the local housing market, attention to detail, work ethic and customer service skills are stellar. Cathy is personable, professional, patient and has a delightful sense of humor. Always returns calls or texts promptly. The elegant yet simple staging done by her team transformed the unoccupied house into a warm, inviting home. Multiple offers were received within 4 days of listing and the final selling price was above expectations. I highly recommend Cathy for her ability to problem-solve. Her unwavering support and tenacity made a sometimes challenging and chaotic process go as smoothly as possible. I appreciate all the extra time and effort she so graciously gave to make me feel comfortable and confident from start to finish. Thank you, Cathy!

Best Agent in the area!! When the time came to sell my home, I found Cathy through a simple internet search. From the first initial phone call until closing; Cathy did an amazing job! She recommended some home improvements for my home to appeal more to buyers and receive top dollar. She also provided contact information for the contractors I hired. Every step was explained thoroughly, she kept wonderful communication, and fought fiercely for my best interests. By the end of this sale, I felt like I made a new friend. Cathy genuinely cares for her clients, and I refuse to use any other agent.

Cathy Geary is the only realtor I will ever call. She is number 1 in my book. Cathy has been serving the coastal bend for many years. My whole family only uses Cathy. She has always sold my property within a week and has always helped us find property. She is very knowledgeable and knows her stuff. She is also beautiful inside and out.
