        Gina is great for a first time home buyer and a repeat buyer. She knows the area as well, so that was a huge benefit. She is well connected to local folks, so she brings so much more into the process than just hard numbers. She was great at explaining numbers, staying tuned in, communications during holidays, and attending my closing. Was a personal transaction - not just by emails. She cares.
