Cinemark Century Corpus Christi 16 XD and IMAX

I bought mine and a friends ticket. Went back to our cars to look for something I forgot. Then went back to the building to go watch the movie we paid for and the doors were locked. We knocked on the door countless times, not aggressively, and every employee inside that saw ignored. Another couple that was inside and saw us were going to open the door for us and an older female employee told them something so they didnt. (Probably a manager considering the other employees looked like teenagers.) Same older female employee walked towards the front and told other workers something. (I assume she said not to open the door.) She then grabbed gloves and was walking to the trash can inside that was by the door where me and my friend were waiting at outside. I waved my ticket around that she saw and then she came to open the door claiming that no one saw us. (Even though you can see through the glass clearly and there were at least 8-10 employees in the lobby counting drawers and cleaning.) And to add to all that theatre 9 where we watched the XD movie in was real hot making the theatre experience not as enjoyable.

I have been to a movie in a while and I had a very pleasant experience at this theater. Service was friendly and it wasnt crowded at all. The bathroom was clean and the seats reclining made us very uncomfortable while watching a three hour movie.
