Not a big fan. I have been there twice while waiting for my car at Carisma. The first time, I got a gel manicure. I thought she was being very thorough with the way she was with my nails and how long she took, but in the end, they were very very uneven. And actually left dents in my nails that lasted months. I gave a second chance to kill time. I got a pedicure and basic manicure. The pedicure was great for the most part, minus the fact that they advertised a few scent options on their website and did not even ask. But the manicure was done in the pedicure chair. I had them use regular nail polish, so I knew it would take a while to dry. But the main reason I got the manicure was for how bad my cuticles are. He did not make them better at all. He had me put my fingers in cold, what I thought was water, but turned out to be acetone as my skin started peeling off of my fingers later. I did not have any nail polish on at all. My nails are completely uneven. The nail polish is almost gone now... it's only been 4 days. But then, before I left... he was taking the plastic out of the basin, I moved my foot to get out of his way and accidentally messed the nail polish up on the other big toe a bit. That was my fault. But he straight up lied to me and said it was fine. By this time I had already paid and tipped and had planned on giving a bit of an extra tip in cash... but just wow. Out of all of the nail salons I have been to, that was the worst.
