Arrived at 7:30 at 8:30 told me I was through on the text message and then when I went inside said they didn't have the right specs to change the oil in my car even though I've had it done here before I wasted an hour of my life I will never come back very very unorganized!

I always have a good experience when I come here, the guys and gals always do what they're supposed to, however they lose a star due to management not ordering enough of certain oils. I can't blame that on the crew. My car has had zero issues with their work.

Took for oil change, once I was ready to pay they said everything went great my fluids were ok, washer fluid was "good" . I said well That's FALSE I told him my washer fluid is empty, I'm actually purchasing one as I am waiting on my vehicle. Since i am going out of town i needed my fluids checked and what not. He said I apologize we dont have any at the moment.. Um you are located in Walmart, so I didn't like the fact they were all LIEing. Now I need to make sure my oil was actually changed. I don't trust them no longer.
