Since, my review keeps being deleted. Worst place ever. My daughter didn’t want sedation and it took 4 months of ME calling them to finally get an appointment. I was told twice that my 2 other children would be able to be back with me. We get to the appointment and I am now told that I will have to leave my child back there by herself and go to waiting with my other children or call and get someone to come and watch them. Something I could have and SHOULD have been told when scheduling an appointment. Then the office manager has attitude and tells me it is my choice if I want to follow the dentist’s policy or do my job as a mother and make sure my child is safe by going to another dentist. Basically, I am the reason why they didn’t call me back and I am the reason my daughter won’t be getting her treatment. No, ma’am. It is your office managing that is the reason why I took all three of my children out and why I am writing this review from the parking lot. Do NOT take your children here. They push unneeded treatment plans and just flat out refuse to abide by the statements their office makes.

Please play close attention to your billing. This office does NOT honor in-network discounts despite advertising as "in-network" . Any disputes are handle both unprofessionally and untimely. After a successful dispute from the insurance company, it has been 8 months and still no reimbursement.
