        Normally we love going here. Unfortunately after this last appointment we were quite disappointed. Upon making our appointment we were assured that our twins (12 month old s) would be in the same room. However, we were given lots of issues by the lady taking us back and separated so it makes it so much harder, Im just lucky my husband was able to make it last minute to go with. At the end of the appointment the Dr.s assistant set him up with fluoride despite us stating multiple times we didnt want it while they were initially being treated. They called it vitamins so it took us off guard. By the time we stopped the doctor, he already brushed some on one of the babies before he remembered and the assistant said oh yeah. My bad. Just not a great experience which was a shame because theyve been so good prior to today.
