I hired the Heil Law Firm to represent me in a car accident caused by a reckless driver, and they provided an excellent service on my case. All staff was helpful, and the attorney Robert Heil was very attentive to ensure I got the proper health treatment to recover and the best results on my case. I'm not sure how the nice folks that I have spoken to enjoy working for Robert. My company completed a move for Heil Law Firm within the same building. This move was completed back in September of 2022 and he has yet to pay for the services rendered. If we didn't exceed his expectations, I wouldn't ask for full payment. However, when we followed up to see how the move went, he said the guys were awesome and completed the move within the estimated range. Our company invoices businesses in good faith that they will pay within 30 days of the completion date. Robert states that he paid for the move, yet he can't find the payment anywhere in his accounts and said Square takes "three weeks" to show past transactions. This is false and can be found on Square's website. I called Robert and was cussed out and hung up on for simply trying to collect payment. I have spoken to a few other people in our community and they have the same issue. Not all attorneys are like this, but most get a bad rap for people exactly like Robert Heil.
