        Tasha is very innovative and inspirational. The facility is excellent with knowledgable trainers. Studio is very clean and has great equipment. Upon initial training program set by Tasha, Nicole is our personnel trainer. Nicole makes us feel important. She gives us the strength and encouragement. Everyone at the studio (Tasha, Nicole and Breanne) are very friendly. Anita and myself would highly recommend for anyone regardless of size to go and experience. Its a great place and a must to go work out. Thank you Tasha and Nicole.

        Tasha runs a great gym! I worked with her and a few different trainers over the last two years and two triathlons. Both her and the people she hires are professional, positive and passionate about fitness. If I wasnt moving Id still be training here.
