Prices are competitive, and they are good about refunding mistakes or flea treatments that don't work. The only bad thing is how verbal you have to get with them to fix things. It's like they try to avoid you sometimes by text or email and force you to call. But that's the only problem. I decided to stay with them a few years because the prices have been competitive and all their pest treatments are effective. Except for flea treatment which was effective for a couple years but not anymore.
