Took small dog at 130 appointment time called at 330 and they havent even started was told we will call when he s done 5 still no call so went to pick him up nothing still done .I had to tell them to give me my dog acted like they didnt want to they said we ll get him next I said no I want my dog.Dog in cage almost 4 hours no water no potty break.Please dont take your animal here.Place smells bad and they just moved to this location.

Had a 1:30 appointment went to check on pet at 5:00 and they havent even started on him. They just moved to the new location and place smelt like urine. Acted like she was not going to let me take my pet. Stay away from this place.

I showed up on time for nails clipping. She was not there. I sat inside for 20 minutes waiting for someone to come and greet me. Maybe her mom came out. The dogs there were in caged up areas and appeared abused. 1 just stood there frozen. No beds, no water for them either. The place reeked of cat litter urine. I was horrified and also thanked Jesus I was unable to get nails trimmed. I left feeling so sad for those dogs there. I think she needs to be reported to ASPCA for animal abuse
