        Jacob Rode is the most conceited pharmacist you will ever encounter if you require your medication promptly. He unilaterally determines when you should receive your meds and may withhold them based on your complaints, behaving as though he owns the CVS and you have NO rights. I have never encountered such an arrogant pharmacist, both on the phone or in person, using his PhD authority as an excuse for his vanity. I will NOT be getting my prescriptions filled at that store again as long as that blatantly arrogant pharmacist is employed there. The store manager consistently supports the pharmacist and dismisses the customer. These two individuals will talk over you and attempt to dismiss you. It seems they are not interested in your business. I will NOT be shopping at that store (10262) either.

        This store is always busy. The pharmacy could use more technicians, but the department is too small. Most of the staff is friendly but sometimes you can sense they are overworked. Overall I give them five stars.
