Mesquite street Pizza Southside Slice of Comedy LLC

When we got there we were seated right away, but then waited 30 minutes for our drinks and had to ask a waitress if she could find out who our waitress/waiter was so we could order. He brought our drinks and took our order. The peoplat the table across us sat down after us, their waitress took thier order brought their drinks and they were out before us. We waited an hour and a half for our pizza and cheese bread and it was cold, it had sat there so long and another waiter had to bring it to us. I also had to ask him for a refill on my drink because after and hour our waiter never checked on us after he brought our drinks and took our order the service was terrible and the food was cold.. they were not even that busy to be waiting that long, we saw a few tables sit after us and leave before us

Service was horrible and our waitress was rude whenever she came by and that was not often. We waited 30 min for our beverage, our appetizer came after our food and our food took another 30 min to come out. I ordered a pound of wings and I got 10 little wings and I ask our waitress about our food and she gave us a rude remark. Never again will we eat there. Horrible experience.

Started off out of things we wanted to order. Wings were dry and overcooked. Nashville hot was not hot. Place had a good vibe and our waitress was awesome. Maybe a bad night in kitchen. Will try again

I will never spend my money at this establishment again. My family and I decided to go to because it was advertised that they were having $5 all flavored margaritas as well as $1 slice pizzas. We order our food & drinks. Everything seems to be okay until about little over two hours of us being there. My aunt asked the waitress CRISTELLA if she can have a to go box and she proceeds to tell her that we arent allowed take the $1 pizza to go (mind you there was people leaving with the $1 pizzas on plates). So then later on my aunt asks her for a to go cup. Cristella informs her that she is unable to get a to go cup but, when my aunt was ordering her drink she suggested the to go cup since it is a smaller size. Cristella then decides to take my brothers drink off the table, go to the back, and pour it in a togo cup. Then, we ask her for the checks. She comes back with them but, the drinks were not rung up as $5(the advertised price),they were rung up for $9. I then ask her why the drinks were rung up for $9 when the advertised price is $5. She proceeded to tell me that those are only for the flavored margaritas,(mind you I ordered the peach ring margarita, my cousin and aunt ordered the sour patch margaritas. Which I think would be considered flavored). While shes explaining why the drinks are not $5 she has an attitude. My other aunt that was there then asks for a manager. Cristella informs her that the manager is going to tell her the same thing. The manager comes and there no indication that he is one. He also has an additude as well when he is explaining that they arent $5 as were telling him that it is false advertisement because they have the drinks that we ordered in the picture as $5 margaritas. He starts yelling at us and doing all these unnecessary hand movements. He was highly unprofessional and not a good representation of the way a manager should be speaking to customers. He then informed us that he would adjust the drink prices and still just kept on arguing with us about it. He then later on comes to the table and informs us that he was frustrated due to him receiving so many complaints about CRISTELLA. Thats still not an excuse to handle the situation the way he did. Also they gave my aunt fried jalapeos on the appetizer platter instead of the double fried pickles she asked for and Cristella was like oh I will have them make you an order of fried pickles. Like 30 minutes go by and we like were like where is the waitress at. Tell me why this girl said oh the cook gave it to the wrong table. Why would the cook come from the kitchen to give food to a table like girl thats your job. My experience here was horrible.
