        Very professional people and easy to work with...they have gone above and beyond for me. Had an issue with some of my paperwork and when I called them they were on it immediately. Thank you guys so much..I have witnessed them drop everything to help residents with an issue and making them top priority. Excellent service!

        Girls in the office never answer their phones, took off work an hour early to speak to someone in person and they decided to close early. Rent went over up $100 barely been there half a year. No one returns calls or answers emails. When you are able to see them in person everyone is just sitting on their cell phones. Im paying over $900 to live next to junkies and crackheads in a run down efficiency.

        I have been trying to get them to have an apartment inspected by The Corpus Christi Housing Authority for three months so far, and they still haven't gotten it done yet.

All apartments that the Housing Authority subsidizes is required to be inspected by their internal housing inspector before a recipient is able to take possession. It is our understanding that additional inspectors are being contracted to reduce wait times. We are happy that we were able to hold your apartment for you, pass inspections, and get you moved in successfully.
