Marc is a class act through and through. His extensive knowledge of septic systems and how they work is extremely refreshing knowing I called the right company. Came home after dinner and found that the septic had failed. Call many other companies and this was the only one that would come out that late. Showed up about 9:15 pm. Mark was very professional, answer all questions and educated us about the septic system. Even though it was after 11:00 pm when he left, it didn't seem to bother him. Would I have Mark return and or recommend this company, HELL YES!!!
