        I just need to take a moment and just express appreciation for Ms. Franco at the Saratoga UPS! She is so kind and sweet, you feel like youre seeing a friend when she takes care of your UPS purchase/return/etc. Every time I go and she is there, she brightens my day! She is an amazing person who goes the extra mile
