        Was nice but we got banned for using the pitching machine after not being told that we werent able to.. there was no sign or lock around it so we didnt know and were not given any grace. The man also did not want to tell us that we were banned and kept telling us that there was no availability and ignoring us when we tried to schedule another visit. Only was able to go once. A little unprofessional

      We are sorry that you chose not to follow the facility policies that were provided to you. The pitching machine had a lock on it that you chose to move and cause damage to the machine and L screen by using synthetic balls through the machine (which are not authorized by the machine manufacturer due to residual residue left on the wheels). Our high end facility was designed to provide customers the most elite experience with minimal oversight and flexibility for client scheduling. This customer was contacted immediately following his session and admitted that the pitching machine was used without approval. This client was then informed that he would no longer have access to the facility after disregarding our policy and procedures that each client receives prior to receiving access to the facility.
