        Everyone was pleasant and friendly. PA and doctor both listened and answered my questions. Hopefully they can bring me relief. Feeling confident.

        I was not happy about my visit I had a 2:10 pm appointment. I wasn't seen until just before 5:00 pm. The doctor was with me for 10 or 15 minutes . He brought in a model to show me and explain how he would do the surgery on my back. I didn't get enough time to ask questions about my concerns. He was in a hurry to leave because the office was closing for the day. I tried calling back the next day to obtain more information. I never received a response back. I'm still dealing with a lot of pain in my lower back. I'm at a loss of how to get help for my back pain.

        The office is very clean and the staff is nice. Nurses and the Doctors are prompt and courteous. Makes one feel comfortable.
