The accountant transposed numbers during an October meeting to review all accounts and when tax day came we thought we were getting a return and ended up owing $13,000. We stupidly stayed with them a few more years and more mistakes happened. We had to hire another accountant to fix all their mistakes. And they won't admit any responsibility. No customer service. They just do the minimum and even then, that's wrong.
