      image Ms Elizabeth and Ms Rosa were very friendly and helpful. Ms Elizabeth did our taxes for us and then process took very little time. They called us immediately when it was rejected by the IRS explaining why and what needed to be done to fix the problem and helped us step by step until the matter was taken care of. They answered the office phone every time we called even at nine at night with no wait time. They answered all of my questions.
