        The last few times I've used your service at the Lowe's in Corpus Christi, TX, the key machine would not recognize one or more of my keys, all of which were brand new and take directly from the KwikSet box. Obviously, this is frustrating.

        Minute key was okay to make regular keys but when I tried to retrieve a digital key I was presented with a verification code. There were no instructions to use an app or the web. I finally opened the web site and was able to get it to work. Once it connected it was fine. I would have a hard time if I had lost my device and needed a key to my house. It would be nice to be able to logon to my account at the kiosk and make a key, that would more useful. I was able to retrieve the key from the kiosk after a few minutes. It is a nice service, just a bit unfamiliar to this boomer who uses technology quite a bit. I do want to try the other services such as the keyfob and car key copiers
