We switched to TIG a few years ago and have been more than pleased with their customer service and attentiveness to our needs or requests. If you are in the market for any type of insurance you should give them a call. Recently Nicolle has helped us work through several account changes and filing a claim, she has been great to work with.

Very painless experience with getting coverage for my home. Alex did a phenomenal job at looking for the best deal out there, which was greatly appreciated given the terrible market in my area right now. He took the time to explain certain coverages and limits to me and walked me through the process of transitioning carriers. I was recommended by a friend, and I would highly recommend them to anyone else!
