Postal Xpress Cypress

The staff is so amazing and so nice! They are super helpful and always help me send out packages for my small business. There is another postal drop off place closer to my house, but I always drive the extra couple of minutes just to go here because of their customer service. They have everything you need to ship out your items and Ive never had an issue with any of my shipments! I believe they also offer printing services, and I plan to check that out next time I have to ship something. 10/10 I highly recommend them.

These guys are awesome. I visited them yesterday (Dec 2nd) to rent a UHaul truck and the young man was v patient with me, went above and beyond (since my address changed, I had a temporary driver's license which was an issue but he made calls repeatedly, helped me as much as he could etc.). When I got the truck, he gave me all the instructions, guided me and answered my every question. I am v grateful to God for him and this place. GodBlessYou

I would never come back here. The man told me to pay extra for faster shipping (4-5 days) and it has been 10 days but still in transit. They said it was my problem with USPS, not their problem. They said because of the holidays while Thanksgiving was over. I don't know about their holiday. They should pacific on that. I don't mind paying extra for whatever is more expensive like express or anything but don't play with my package like that.
