I'm honored and Excited to share my views, Because I know Searching for an apartment in a desired location is an exhausting process. I must have seen about 10 places before I fell in love in my apartment, Yes girls "Boys" do Fall in Love. :) We shop around with a mental checklist and when all the "Bells Are Ringing" you know That This Is IT!!! The strange thing was that even before I saw the apartment I had a good vibe, thats because of the magnificent Staff members Monica, Amaya and Princess who were very explanatory and patient through the process. What is so Gorgeous about the Apartment Complex you ask? What is so ...Amazing about my Pool View apartment? Why there is such an Elite and Classic Vibe here? You are all welcome to come by and ask for my reference through any of the staff member, I here by granting permission. I have been living here for 3yrs, as a single woman I never not felt safe here. Great neighborhood, hardly any maintenance issues and I usually had things fixed same day or within 24hrs. Never had any packages stolen, never experienced my car getting broken in. Never saw any roaches maybe one or two, but thats expected due to the fact thats not something you can control especially if youre not sure if your neighbors are clean. Only thing i dislike is how much rent has skyrocketed but the layout is basic .. no lights in ceiling no ceiling fans..1bd 1bth now worth 1200-1300 at all. Overall I will miss my first home here in Dallas it was a great experience.. never experienced half the stuff most of these reviews are complaining about but everybody story is different

I spent a few months here and had a good experience. Maintenance requests were fulfilled in a timely manner. All questions I had for the office were answered quickly. Princess was especially helpful, she guided me through the application process seamlessly. Most other apartments rarely answer calls and emails but the office here is great about keeping in touch and staying on top of things. Don't have anything negative to say :)
